What a JUST PERFECT stay, no reason to complain. Clean hotel with particularly good location in Trabzon adjacent to the city center, the centre, and Trabzon's main streets. Amazingly comfortable cozy room. The staff was wonderfully friendly and supper friendly, the bed was large.

The room is quiet and extremely spacious and essentials you need, including central heating, a flat-screen TV and a mini-fridge-bar, is right there...

The hotel has a great location, just a short walk away from central Trabzon, the central square, and the main streets. I enjoyed spending a lovely evening at Murat Balik Salonu, which is located very close to the hotel.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and cute. The host and other staff members were great too make our stay comfortable. They allowed us to leave our luggage and pay later, showed us different room options, and even assisted with adjustments in the room. The location was great, close to the main square and with a view of the Black Sea. The price was reasonable, and the breakfast was above average. The efficient air conditioning and free Wi-Fi were also appreciated.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel! The location was very convenient; we could easily access the main square, shopping streets, and supermarkets. The staff was very helpful, even though they spoke very little English. They gave us a warm welcome and provided us with a complimentary bottle of water upon our arrival. the breakfast buffet was excellent, with a variety of delicious foods such as bread, cheese, salads, and eggs. Lastly, the hotel was clean, and our room had a beautiful sea view.

During our Easter stay at this hotel, we had complementary breakfast and WiFi which was convenient. , the hotel is located near the main square, making it easy to access public transportation. Another advantage that we enjoyed was the comfortable beds which helped us have a good night's rest after exploring the city.

the noise from nearby music halls or bars made it difficult to sleep peacefully. the hotel had some positive aspects, but the negative aspects made our stay less enjoyable.
